I woke up this morning and before I asked for anything, I decided to be thankful for what I already have. Not that I have everything and not that I lack nothing but it's what I chose to focus on!
It's incredible what a good attitude and positive thoughts can do for your soul and just life in general. Often we don't know what we have until it's taken away, until we lose a loved one, until we lose a job, a friend or good health.
It's so easy to get wrapped up in the 10% that isn't good, and it can so easily outweigh the 90% that has been working all the time.
How about everyday you just think of 3 things you are grateful for and share it with those around you and ask them to share with you what they grateful for and soon you'll come to realise that life isn't that bad, that so often what you complain about is actually something someone else is just thankful to have...
